Join our member zone... 

Firstly, thank you for all of your support over the past 12 months as I have taken on this new journey to teach, and share my knowledge and skills. I would like to now introduce my exclusive "Member Zone" - an online space where you can have full access to videos, blog posts and discounts to my online store. 


I am offering three levels of membership, 12 months; 6 months and 3 months. This will be billed monthly, on the 1st day of each month. If you sign up part way through a month, your membership fee will be pro-rata for the first month.

  • What sort of content will I get as a member?

    Joining our Member Zone will give you access to exclusive videos, blogs and online store discounts which won't be available on our social media or youtube channels. This gives you an opportunity to see a lot of tips and tricks.


    From time to time, we also have access to sponsor specials which will be availabe to our members exclusively. 

  • Can I cancel my Subscription?

    Of Course, when you set up your subscription to our website you'll get access to an online account. 


    You can cancel your membership at any time, simply follow these steps.


    1. Log in to your account

    2. Open Your Account area

    3. Click the "View or cancel plans" link under Billing

    4. Click the "Cancel subscription" link under the plan you want to cancel. Note, you can only cancel a recurring or multiple payment plan.

  • Can I change my credit card details after signing up?

    Of course, simply follow these steps: 


    1. Log in to your account

    2. Open the Your Account area

    3. Click on the "Update credit card" link under Billing

    4. Enter the new card information and click "Update Credit Card"

  • How can I view my Billing History?

    From your account, you will have an option to view your charge history. This will show all of your invoices for each month you have been charged.

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you would like to change your password, please use the My Account section, and follow these steps: 


    1. Log in to your account

    2. Open the Your Account area

    3. Click the "Change Password' link under Profile

    4.Enter current password and new password and click "Update Password"


    If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps: 


    Find a log in link on your membership website and then click "Forgot Password"

    2. Enter email address on file and click "Send me reset instructions"

    3. Open the email in your inbox and click the "Click Here" link

    4. Enter the new password and click "Reset 

    Password"

    5. Log in with your new password

  • Why do you charge a processing fee?

    Like most businesses, we are subject to payment processing fees using the payment gateway we choose. The Payment Processing Fee helps us cover some of the costs of this processing fee.
